Production process: The selected calcite is washed, crushed, and then dryly ground into coarse powder. Water is added to prepare a slurry, which is then wetly ground. The grinding is continued until the desired fineness is achieved. A flash evaporation process is used to produce an 8000-mesh product. Finally, the cleavage surface is polished. 

Main application fields: Rubber, plastic, ink, paint, adhesive, profiles, artificial leather, shoe materials, etc. 

Product features: High fineness, narrow particle size distribution, high specific surface area, good dispersion and processing fluidity; excellent reinforcing performance, capable of replacing precipitated nano calcium carbonate, with higher cost-effectiveness.
